Finally

It is so nice to have my computer back. Not only back, but working right. Unfortunately I lost some of my stuff in the process. Lucky for me though, it was none of my pictures!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas! I considered it exceptional because no one was sick. I think the kids we're happy with Christmas. We scaled way back this year. I'm very happy for it too! We asked Camo what he wanted for Christmas, and he said he wanted a sewing machine. I know a lot of father's out there would have been like "I don't think so." But, we both feel like it's better than video games.
The first thing he made was a pillow. I'm so proud of him. I can't even sew, which sucks when he needs help. We'll have to learn together.
Noah wanted huge monstrous trucks. Naturally!

Addy didn't really care about presents. She did get into ripping off the paper this year. Some of them got ripped a little early, but who doesn't have that problem. She liked the empty boxes more than anything. What a mess she is!

And, my wonderful husband bought me the most thoughtful gift. A 90 minute hot stone massage. I love him!

Here's some pictures of my very messy little girl! I love to watch her eat spaghetti. She fully enjoys the experience. She doesn't seem to mind that she is a greasy mess.

This will be my last post until Christmas. We are moving next week...YEAH!!!!! I'm also putting the computer in the shop for a little TLC. So, for now I'm going to wish everyone "MERRY CHRISTMAS!"

This weekend my Mother and I went stompin around downtown. I got some great pictures of her. I hope I'm as beautiful as she is when I get older.

I hope everyone enjoyed family and friends around them yesterday. I know we did. We ate way to much food! The boys had fun trying to break the wishbone. Needless to say, it would not break. Cameron had a way better grip on it than Noah, and he just pulled it right away from him. I think they were a little disappointed. I can't wait for them to get bigger. I'm sure we could even out the playing field a bit. Make it more interesting. After dinner last night we loaded up the Suburban, and went to walk through Rhema. The lights just get bigger and better every year! I did take some fun pictures in the tunnel. They have it set up to music and it's so cool. We went through it a few times while the kids enjoyed their hot chocolate. I really want to go and take the horse drawn carriage ride. That would be nice.
Well, hope everyone enjoys their weekend! We are going to be packing as much as possible. We're getting very close!

Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

Also, I had to share this hilarious picture of Cameron. I about hit the floor when I first saw it.

I can't believe that it's already time for Thanksgiving next week! Which means Christmas is following in hot pursuit. We've been so busy trying to keep up with life, it's hard to think about the holidays. The kids and I have spent some time raking the blanket of leaves in our backyard. We got to our 13th bag, and realized we were only halfway to being done. It's the downside to having three massive trees in our backyard. Addy did a wonderful job helping. She has her moments. She's been a little handful lately. I found out the other day that she is finally cutting more teeth! I was starting to wonder. Bad thing is though that they are all coming in at once. She is cutting 5 right now. Ouch! She also looks like Rudolph. She fell on her Grandma's porch mat and skinned her nose. She is my only child that loves to climb, and seems to have no sense of fear. I'm dreading that moment I find her on top of a dresser, or worse. She's such a mess. My beautiful mess!

I've been trying to keep the peace between the boys. I can't wait for them to have their own rooms. God knows they need it. They are bickering all the time. At least they seem to get along with Addy...for now.

Well, I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. Despite my frustrations lately, I know that I am so thankful to have my three wonderful kids and awesome husband. Life is good!

I'm exhausted!

Time is flying by and I never feel like I'm gaining ground anywhere. We are officially trying to buy a house. It's a 4 bedroom! It has the space we are very much in need of. Buying a house has to be one of the most nerve racking and exciting things ever! I've been so busy trying to go through things. I pray that all this works out. We had inspections today, and the house is really in great condition. That was a relief! So, I guess we'll just have to see from here.

I got my camera out for the first time in days today. Addy just looked too cute wearing her brother's cowboy hat. She also did a little reading! She's advanced for her age. I really need some pictures of my boys. They just aren't around as much anymore. I miss them!

~My Princess~

Even though she takes quite a bit more out of me than my boys, I feel so blessed to have my little girl.

We got a good laugh from Addy this morning when she walked into the kitchen with a toilet seat around her neck. I guess she thought it was a nice fashion accessory. Just kidding. Yesterday she was walking around with my underwear on her head. She cracks me up!

Today my Grandma, Mother, and I went to Gilcrease Museum to see the Ansel Adams exhibit. Ansel Adams was a great photographer of the 20th century (I really hope I said that right otherwise I probably sound stupid right about now). Anyways, the museum has 7 or 8 rooms of exhibits set up with his work. All of his work was done in black and white, which was very interesting. It showed how much he worked with exposure to capture a great picture. They also have some really antique Polaroid cameras. Those things were massive, and I can't imagine having to lug around all that equipment back in the day. I'd have to cart a wagon or something.

Here's some pictures of the butterflies I found outside the museum in the gardens. I'm sure I looked funny chasing those around.

Happy Halloween

This is what happens when you give two boys fake blood. They went to town with it. Really freaky!

I found my nose!

I now have had the joy of seeing all three of my children go through the stage of finding body parts. Addy has been just like the boys too. I remember them sticking their fingers in their noses when asked "where is your nose?" Makes me wonder what else she'll do that they did. I hope she passes the stage that Noah went through of sticking food up his nose.

I really like this picture because it has a cool reflection of the kitchen. I was literally smashed up against the sink trying to take this. Cameron worked for a long while after this picture trying to get the gum off his face. Is there an easy way to do that? He just had to pick it off, piece by piece. Oh, well.

I got to take my first family portraits this weekend! I had so much fun, and they turned out great. My brother has such a beautiful family. I'm glad they were my first. Love you guys.

Halloween Costume's

I know Halloween isn't until next Friday, but we did ours a little early this year. We took the kids up to Main Street on Saturday for the games and treats. Seems like every year that whole event gets a little bigger. The lines were really long this year. Normally we go and do all of it, but there were just too many people this year. The kids had a great time. The boys looked awesome in their cars. Cameron went as a entrepreneur. I know that sounds stupid, but it was so him. He had on his dress shirt with the dress jacket, tie, the hands-free headset, and his Mercedes. He was very professional. He's all about the money! One kid asked him for a ride home, and Camo was very nervously was like "no." I had to tell him to lighten up, it was a joke. So serious! Noah was a cowboy monster truck driver. So cute! They both turned a lot of heads. Even got their pictures taken. Cameron won 3rd place in the costume contest. He won $10, which was very fitting! Addy was cute too in her fall outfit. Originally she was going to be a scarecrow, but it didn't really end up that way. She was cute anyways. She even got a few Dum Dums, her favorite.
